These were all mostly done over the last couple months but as I've done some new pieces I thought I'd show you guys her development.
Various Initial sketches of Mint, they all just didn't have anything really that sparked my interest.
This sketch really is the birth of Mint. I just got a sudden surge of inspiration so quickly got this down on paper, and Mint really just went on from here.
These are my more developed sketches of Mint.
I based her design around Peppermint's, like Pepper's around a Pepperpots, which just allowed me to give a theme to her overall look.
Some Exploratory sketches of Mint receiving a gift of Pepper Mints-Her favourite sweets incidentally-from a 'Peppery' admirer of hers.
Mint sipping on Peppermint tea, she's got a bit of an ironic addition to her name sake, but also shares feelings towards a Pepper based character as well.
She takes a canteen of it out with her on patrol-But more about that in the future-All still little sparks of ideas yet! :) Here's a sketch of her at work though!
Speaking of working, here's a strangely styled picture of Pepper doing his inspections, I think he's going to be a Workshop floor manager or something.
An intimate moment between the two secret lovers. Pepper came out looking very tall in this, so I've decided to ironically make him a much sorter than Mint, so this is obviously a romantic fantasy.

Finally, one of my earlier sketches of Mint I decided to colour. This was the first time I've actually worked on Mint's colour scheme! :D
